What does your day look like?

After completing a thorough training period, during which we familiarize you with our working method and organization, you will be responsible for the following tasks on a daily basis within the team of Property Managers:

Follow up the correct operation of the buildings entrusted to you

Negotiation of various agreements with suppliers

Discussion of current affairs with owners, tenants and suppliers

Checking incoming invoices and quarterly settlements (the latter in collaboration with internal accountants)

Coordination of the work to be carried out

Who are you?

You are strong in building relationships and you do this in a professional commercial manner

You have technical insight and possess the following qualities: proactive attitude, independence, smooth communication style and diplomatic approach

You are also stress resistant and accurate

You combine these properties with a bachelor real estate or equivalent through experience

You can express yourself perfectly in both French and Dutch. Knowledge of the English language is a plus

You have 1 to 3 years of experience in property management
