What does your day look like?

At our headquarters in Wilrijk, we welcome you within a family, jovial working atmosphere.

Depending on your area of study, you will be able to provide support within various departments:

• Property Management (Technical, Administrative and Financial property management, preparing budgets, comparing offers, tenant administration, updating databases, market research, ...)
• Property Service Administration (updating of databases, organization of legal and periodic inspections, communication with tenants, suppliers, contractors, etc.)
• Property Finance & IT (Assisting with: IT projects, updating and managing databases, booking invoices, financial reporting, budget management, VAT returns, ...)
• Office Management (Combination of administrative tasks, HR, Marketing & Communication, drafting of processes ... )

Possibility to extend the internship to a paid summer internship!

Who are you?

• You are a motivated student with an interest in Real Estate;
• You have the following qualities: proactive attitude, independence, structured, easy communication style, logic and diplomatic approach;
• You can express yourself perfectly in Dutch and you have a good knowledge of English;
• You have a good knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word;
• You are willing to be part of a team where the atmosphere and conviviality are as important as commitment and the will to learn;

Who are we?

Cobelpro N.V. was founded in 1992 and has since grown into one of the main independent Belgian property managers. Our activities are mainly focused on the management of professional real estate and advising owners about the management of their patrimony. We currently manage 800.000m² of professional real estate and are active throughout Belgium from our headquarters in Antwerp and offices in Brussels and Walloon Brabant, Ghent & Luxembourg.
