Assistant finance department (Wilrijk or Mont Saint Guibert)

Cobelpro is looking for a financial and administrative assistant for the Finance Department at our headquarters in Antwerp (Wilrijk).

How does your day look like?

After completing a thorough training period, in which we familiarize you with our working methods and organization, you will assist the finance team in the administrative and financial management of the buildings we manage.

Some of your tasks will include:

               

  • Maintain the general financial administration of the managed buildings within a specific property management software program (Netika);
  • Periodically requesting rent, service costs, etc. ...
  • Booking purchase invoices
  • Entering bank statements
  • Preparing payments
  • Credit management
  • Preparing statements of account
  • Keeping the data in our systems up-to-date
  • Payments to suppliers and contractors
  • Regular contacts with suppliers & tenants

  • You like to work proactively
  • You like order and structure in your work
  • You are a fluent person, that can be seen in your communication style
  • Thinking logically is just your thing
  • You can express yourself excellently in French. A good knowledge of English and Dutch is a big advantage
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word
