After completing a training period, during which we familiarize you with our working method and organization, you are responsible for the management of a couple of buildings (offices, retail, warehousesn, hotels,...), whereby you perform the following tasks independently:
Handling the questions and problems of tenants, suppliers and contractors
Taking the necessary measures to solve reported problems, whether or not after consultation with the Property Manager
Support for the Property Manager in various administrative, technical and commercial tasks
Requesting quotes on, placing and following up orders
You are easy to get along with, have the necessary administrative insight and enjoy being committed to your job and the company you work for.
You are customer-oriented and have the right communication skills to deal correctly with all our customers/suppliers.
You know how to express yourself perfectly in Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
You have a strong ability to put things into perspective and are stress resistant.
You are accurate in your work and can work independently.
